As President of the Board of Directors, it is my pleasure to welcome you to the newly designed KPTC at North Shore-LIJ website. I invite you to browse this site to learn about our Kiwanis Pediatric Trauma Center’s mission to prevent pediatric trauma through safety educations programs as well as our efforts to fundraise to support our Trauma Center’s life-saving work.

This website is one of the “first fruits” of  KPTC’s enhanced partnership with the New York District Key Club.  This site was originally designed by Distinguished Past Key Club Lt. Governor Breanna Romaine. I am truly grateful for her efforts. Her design is not only more attractive but makes finding information more intuitive. 

DPLG Breanna has added an area specifically for Key Clubbers and members of other K-Family sponsored youth clubs.  This area provides updated information about the NYD Key Club’s KPTC Regional Committee’s work and ideas for how Key Clubs and other sponsored youth can support KPTC.

One of the other improvements of our new website is that anyone wishing to donate to KPTC can quickly find information about our donation programs through the links show on the homepage’s banner. 

Our website includes all the information Kiwanians and Kiwanis Clubs need to get more involved with the Kiwanis Pediatric Trauma Center at North Shore -LIJ. You will find updated articles about recent events and a calendar of programs and fundraisers.

Members of the general public interested in the work of the Kiwanis Pediatric Trauma Center at North Shore-LIJ are also encouraged to visit this website.
